The Long Barn and The Brick Barn each sleep 4-6 people with an additional sleeping loft available
for a further 4 agile people.
Located within the National Park boundary, Warborne Farm is a 180 acre mixed family farm and has been certified organic by the Soil Association since 1996. The Long Barn and The Brick Barn were originally used for storing grain and straw, and now these 170 year old barns have been tastefully converted to a very high spec, incorporating many features and materials from around Warborne Farm.
- Under floor heating and wood burners provide ample heating in both properties, powered by solar PV, air source and thermal solar.
- Close forest access makes this an ideal place from which to explore on foot, horse or bicycle.
- Bird watching and horse-riding are popular activities in the area.
- The bustling Georgian town of Lymington is within 3 miles.
- Stabling and grazing for horses available by negotiation with the owners.
Self Catering Accommodation:
Ground Floor:
- Entrance into open plan living/dining/kitchen.
- Living area with double sofa bed, free view flat screen TV, wood burning stove (basket of logs available).
- Dining area with seating for 8.
- Kitchen area with electric Range master oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
- Downstairs bathroom with bath, over bath shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Stairs to first floor galleried landing.
- Double bedroom with 2 x 3’ beds which can be zipped together to make 6’ super king size double.
- Twin room with 2 x 3’ beds which can be zipped together to make 6’ super king size double.
- Shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Outside: The barn is located within the grounds of the working farm with a communal lawn, barbeque area and garden furniture. A communal utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facility is available for guests. A wonderful array of fruit, vegetables, herbs and flowers available for our guests when in season.
Includes: Bed linen, towels and electricity.
Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available on request (please bring own cot bedding).
