Sunnyvale offers

lodge accommodation. Sunnyvale
is set in the hamlet of Neacroft in the New Forest National Park
and is 3 miles from the coast and the historic town of Christchurch.
Anne Wood looks
forward to welcoming you to her home which is very comfortable
and of a high standard and is able to offer you a lovely Double
room with south facing views over the garden. Furnished with
a very comfortable cream iron double bed with a chest of drawers,
an occasional chair, tea and coffee making facilities. Dressings
Gowns are supplied for you to visit the private bathroom which
has a bath, wash basin and wc. closeby.

The Lodge is a purpose built Log cabin and is decorated in Norwegian style. It is set in a secluded spot in ints own area of garden.It has a pine double bed with an en-suite shower room, a lovely sitting area with TV and french doors opening to the veranda. Tables and chaires are provided for you to leisurely enjoy your breakfast. The veranda, which overlooks the garden makes a lovely place to site and read, bird watch or just while away the time with a glass of wine. Tea and coffee makig facilities are provided along with dressing gowns and hairdryer.
Breakfast for guests staying in the main house is served in the conservatory in the main house, guests staying in the Lodge have theirs delivered in baskets at a pre arranged time.
A continental breakfast is provided with a choice of fruit, yogurts,
cereals, pastries and fresh bread. All of which is sourced locally
wherever possible.
Neacroft is one mile from Bransgore which has a range of shops.
The Three Tuns Pub is less than one mile away and offers excellent
food and drink. It has been voted 'Pub of the Year' in the locality.
Sunnyvale's location makes it an ideal place to explore the New Forest or the Dorset Coastline.

Directions
on how to find Sunnyvale
From the A31 - take the turning to Burley. In the village centre take the turning towardsBransgore/Christchurch. Keep on the road for 3 miles into Bransgore Village. At the crossroads (The Crown Inn) turn left signed Highcliffe/Lymington. Go past the Three Tuns pub on your right and carry along the road for half a mile. Take the first right signed 'Neacroft'. Once in the village take left into Croft Road. After 500 meters the road bends to the left with a telephone box on the right. Turn right down the track just before the telephone box. Sunnyvale is the first house on the right off the track.
From Lyndhurst on the A 35. After 10 miles take a right turn towards Bransgore by the Cat and the Fiddle pub. (off-set crossroads). Drive along for 2 miles. Take first turn on left signed Godwinscroft. Drive to the end of this road. Turn right at T junction into Neacroft. After 500 meters take left turn at the bend just after the telephone box. Sunnyvale is the first house on the right off the track.
