From the junction on leaving the motorway follow the A337 through Brockenhurst and on to Lymington. On approaching Lymington over Roundabout and under railway bridge. Straight across next roundabout up the hill and you will see The Toll House Inn on your right directly as you go over next mini roundabout you will see the Rowans on your left. Please drive in.
