Restormel is a lovely family home run by Judy and Geoff Morgan whose farm adjoins their home.
Restormel Bed and Breakast, Sway Road, Lymington in the New Forest

The accommodation we are able to offer is:-

A large beautiful Double room with an en-suite bath room with shower over. This lovely room has a third bed making a Twin bedded room or a family, and if required an additional bed for a party of 4 can be included.

A pretty Twin room is also available, which has a has a private bathroom with large Victorian bath and shower over

Both rooms have TV and tea/coffee facilities.
B&B Double Room, Twin room and familiy room.
This room can be a double/twin or family

Restormel Bed and Breakfast has a beautiful lounge for you to rest in during your New Forest Holiday

The cozy lounge with its open log fire in winter evenings has a variety of books and information about the New Forest for you to relax after exploring all day.

For the comfort of our guest we are a nonsmoking home (although you may smoke outside)

Breakfast is served in the Dinning room at Restormel in Lymington
Dining room

Multi choice breakfast cooked to order and served in the pretty style dining room which overlooks the garden. Vegetarians and special diets are catered for.

In the warmer months breakfast can be served in the garden or afternoon tea can be had in the garden chalet. If you did not want to venture out of an evening to nearby public houses, arrangements can be made for you to use our barbecue so you can really enjoy our secluded garden.

Located between the New Forest and Lymington and on the outskirts of Sway in an acre of gardenfor your enjoyment this is an ideal place for touring the whole area.

We also have a beach hut available at Hordle Cliff beach, just 2 miles away for a very relaxing day by the sea.

Lymington is just 2 miles from our home with its Saturday market, marinas and yacht haven, The Isle of Wight ferry leaves from Lymington and in half an hour a lovely day can be had on the Island. Approximately 1 mile from us is the New Forest with its magnificent walks, ponies wondering through the roads and a chance to spot a deer. We have many attractions and museum around the Forest details of which can be found in our home. With the coast a short drive away and the towns of Bournemouth, Salisbury and Southampton about 18 miles away for major shopping centres and theatres. You will find this the ideal location to stay.

Directions on how to find us

Take the A337 through Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst to outskirts of Lymington (ignoring signs to Sway), over two roundabouts then turn right into Sway Road just prior to Toll House Inn. Continue on this road to the cross roads with The Wheel Public House on your left, 100 yards past The Wheel on the right hand sign is Restormel clearly signposted.
