Park View is a lovely turn of the century home of Madeline, modernised throughout,
situated in about one acre of grounds in a quiet road and within 1/2 mile of the village
centre of Lyndhurst and the open New Forest.

At Park View be prepared for something slightly different, to spoil yourself each bedroom
has a kitchen area where there is a fridge, toaster as well as the normal tea/coffee facilities
and a small table and chairs. There is no need toget up for a set time for breakfast, which is
ordered in advance as you can leisurely have it in your room at whatever time you wish.
All I ask is that on the day of departure rooms are vacated by 11am and that you
respect my home. Each room also has a sofa or two chairs for relaxing,
and a television. Free WiFi facilities.

I am pleased to be able to offer you the following accommodation:-

• A Double room with a 6 foot wide bed and en-suite shower room. This is a lovely light room having double aspect windows overlooking the rear garden and the side of the grounds.

Lyndhurst has plenty of shops, restaurants and a few takeaways if you did want to eat in.
Park View is also ideally situated for visiting the many attractions in the New Forest l
ike the Beaulieu Motor Museum, Buckler's Hard and a trip down to Lymington with its
marinas and Saturday market is a must.
Mountain Bikes and Horse riding is also available near by.

To take advantage of touring the whole area we can offer plenty of off road parking for your car or bikes.
