Located just outside the village of East Boldre, with direct forest access, an ideal place to explore this peaceful and very untouched part of the New Forest, with its miles of walking, cycling and horse-riding, it also benefits from being only 1.5 miles from the Solent Coastline.
There are several local pubs that serve great food a short drive or walk away (approx 1 mile) and a post office and garage in East Boldre Village. 5 Miles away is the Georgian Market town of Lymington, with its marina’s restaurants, cobbled quay and boutique shops and a Saturday Market. You can also take the car ferry from here to the Isle of Wight.
The historic village of Beaulieu is only 5 miles away, home to the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu Abbey and Palace House. There is a picturesque river walk from here to the 18th Century Hamlet of Bucklers Hard.
Bike Hire is available from nearby villages of Brockenhurst and Beaulieu, or if you would like to explore the New Forest on Horseback there are riding stables at Brockenhurst and Burley.
There are several swimming beaches a short drive away, Milford on Sea, Highcliffe and Avon Beach are all within a ½ hour drive.

The old Piggery is a well appointed light and airy 2 bedroom detached barn style building, part of a 3 acre smallholding alongside Coronation Cottage where the owners live all year round with their children.
The Old Piggery enjoys a peaceful location with its own south and west facing patio and garden area.



Accommodation comprises:-
- Patio doors opening into:-
- Large open plan living and dining area with beams and wood burning stove. A large comfy sofa, occasional tables, flat screen tv with free view channels, dvd, cd player and ipod docking station. Wireless internet connection, dining table seating 4. Ceramic flooring throughout leading to the kitchen.
- Fully fitted oak kitchen with 4 ring electric hob and full sized oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and all utensils needed for a comfortable stay.
- Fully tiled shower room with power shower, w.c. and sink, small airing cupboard, window looking onto the stable yard, and paddocks beyond.
- Double bedroom – 2 bedside tables with lamps, and tallboy. Window overlooking south part of private garden area.
- Single/Twin bedroom – Single bed with guest bed under. Chest of drawers, window overlooking paddocks/yard.
Outside area:-
The French doors open out onto a brick built patio area and garden which is screened by willow fencing, trees and shrubs from the owners garden giving you plenty of privacy. Garden table and chairs and BBQ are provided. Bike/windsurf/dinghy storage available if required. Off-Road parking.
Additional information:
Bed linen and towels provided (please bring beach towels). Basic consumables provided, ie. Sugar/pepper/salt etc.
The accommodation is part of a smallholding, we have a small number of animals; chickens, goats, pigs, horses & cats! We grow our own vegetables, and if enough available, we are happy to sell you our free range eggs and vegetables.
