Old Bridge Cottage caters for up to 11 people and the Riverside Studio in the grounds can sleep up to 4 people for families and friends coming together. It lies on the banks of the River Avon in Hampshire at the edge of Ringwood, a beautiful old market town on the edge of the New Forest. The house dates back several hundred years in parts, but has been extended over the years to provide a modern comfortable holiday home, overlooking open water meadows to the rear yet is only a fiveminute walk to the centre of town with its wide range of shops, wonderful pubs and fine places to eat. The accommodation offered is as follows:-

	The main hallway leads to the old dining /reception hall and the large kitchen and dining area. Modern cherry wood doors and black granite work tops compliment the modern siemens appliances including five ring ceramic hob, electric fan oven , combination oven above, full size integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a separate utility room with washer / dryer and ample cupboards and also a drying room off of an inner hallway.
The house is gas centrally heated and there are two fireplaces, one an open fireplace. The dining area and dinning hall are equipped with two large oak tables and oak seating. A door from the dining area leads to the snug; a cosy comfortable room with a superb coal effect gas fire and bay window-seat looking out to the river . This a lovely room for relaxation. A sofa bed can be pulled out for extra sleeping accommodation. The Upper Floor is accessed by two staircases
Stairs from the snug lead to a small landing with the family bathroom and three of the bedrooms all with river views. Bedroom One has a double bed Bedroom two with twins that can be pushed together Bedroom three twin beds with a door leading to a modern shower room,basin and toilet shared with bedroom 4. There is plenty of storage available. Family bathroom is also off this smaller landing consisting of a shower cubicle, bath, toilet and washbasin. All showers in the house are powered by booster pumps.	From the main entrance hall a wide balustrade staircase leads to the main landing where Bedroom four a single bedroom with views over the meadows. This room has access to the shower room of Bedroom 3. The Master bedroom five with fully tiled en-suite bathroom, comprises a large corner bath, quadrant glass shower enclosure , toilet and basin .The bedroom looks out onto the garden and fields. Old Bridge Cottage is situated in about a quarter of an acre of garden, including an oval outdoor swimming pool measuring 30'x18' and 4" deep directly accessed from the sun room. The garden faces south west and is extremely sunny, sheltered and private. There is a good range of garden furniture. Towards the furthest point of the pool is the Breeze house , a circular reed thatched structure with a large round table with surrounding bench seats seating 10 adults comfortably. There are two further areas of garden to one side of the main lawn and a river side garden behind a tall hedge. Riverside Studio This is completely separate from the main house. Sleeps 2 adults. Pull out sofa bed can allow for extra sleeping more suited to 2 children. The Riverside Studio for your enjoyment has a Hot tub room and a six seater Sauna A door from the garden leads to a central room with large patio doors looking directly onto the river and leading out to decking overhanging the river bank. A small sofa bed make this a great room to sit in and watch the wildlife on the river. The bedroom has a self contained kitchenette with fridge, cooker and hob. There is an extremely comfortable double bed, dining table and chairs. There is ample wardrobe storage behind large mirrored full width sliding doors . The hot tub room leads off of the central room . This contains a six seater sauna, quadrant shower, basin, toilet and hexagonal hot tub which seats approximately six and sits in its own small conservatory looking out to the garden and pool area. Curtains can be drawn to around the conservatory for privacy. The studio has separate gas central heating with hot water. The studio has it's own separate riverside garden, which has 100 feet of riverbank with fishing rights and views over to the Fish Inn a thatched pub on the opposite river bank

The lively coastal town of Bournemouth is 15minutes drive away, the ancient city of Salsibury 30 minutes drive and London 1-2 hours by car or coach from Ringwood . It is an ideal spot from which to explore the New Forest with its varied wildlife, walks and cycle paths.
