One is a double room with large en-suite shower and overlooks the attractive
back garden.

Afternoon tea is served on arrival in the conservatory or garden Helen is a prize winning cook who bakes her own bread from flour milled at the local water mill. There is a wide choice of dishes on the breakfast menu including
local specialities. All preserves are home made and the honey is

"Merrimead" is in the village of Alderholt, a couple of miles west of the historic town of Fordingbridge known as the gateway to the New Forest. Ideally located with easy access to Salisbury, Wimborne Minister, Bournemouth, the M27 and Southampton.

Riding, fishing, water sports, golf, potteries, a Roman Villa, an Historic
House, and a National Nature Reserve are just a sample of things to see
and do in the area.
For those who can't live without the Internet, Broadband Wireless Internet
Access is available.
