Jacmar Annex is a Self-Catering ground floor apartment, ideal for two, with its own entrance attached to Jacmar Cottage.
The accommodation on entering opens into:- A large bed/sitting room, with super king-sized bed (or can be twin if required), a leather sofa, colour TV, video and DVD Bed-linen supplied Towels Central Heating There is an en-suite shower room and toilet.
	The separate kitchen with dining area is well equipped including: Full size Ceramic Hob with grill and fan oven Microwave Fridge Toaster, and a wide range of cooking utensils and china
To the outside there is off road parking and a patio area with garden furniture. Although the accommodation is ideal for two a sofa bed is available if required. Jacmar Cottage is situated in a quite country Lane within 5 minutes walk of Brockenhurst railway station and village centre, with a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. There are walks and bike rides direct from our door. We let on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
