The Homestead, a Listed
thatched cottage offering Bed and Breakfast 5 minutes walk from
Ringwood Town Centre - 10 minutes drive to the New Forest National
Park.
The accommodation offered here is of a very high standard and the
owners have pleasure in offering you a choice of either the first
floor double bedroom suite, or the ground floor double en-suite
bedroom with its own patio.
Both rooms are lockable and have double beds with pocket sprung mattresses, colour TV with Freeview, DVD player and drinks making facilities.
Wireless internet is available on request
First Floor Double Bedroom Suite - accessed from its own stair case is a beautiful bedroom suite comprising:Small lobby area, large bedroom with a seating area, large bathroom with bath, shower, WC and hand basin. Additional small single bed available for a small charge.
The downstairs en-suite double room features historic vaulted ceiling bathroom with power shower, WC and wash basin French windows leading to private patio. This room is more suitable than the suite for those with mobility difficulties
Breakfast is served in a cosy breakfast room below the suite. A wide range of options are available, including fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and your choice of cooked food, including full English breakfast. Vegetarian options are available. Special diets can be catered for by request. We take pride in using only high quality ingredients and try to source these from independent local traders where possible.
Babies in travel cots are welcome here.
Guests are welcome to sit and relax in the garden of this lovely cottage.
Guests are very welcome to purchase meals from a wide range of take-aways in the town to eat in their room or the breakfast room.
Please do not smoke in the house and sorry we are unable to accept pets
Ringwood town centre, with its traditional
market, shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, is about 5 minutes
walk away. The Castleman Trailway and Avon Valley Path are just
a few minutes walk away, leading to open countryside and views across
the water meadows.

Directions to "The Homestead".
Take the main Ringwood exit from the A31. Follow the B3347, firstly
signed Ringwood then Sopley and Winkton. At 1st roundabout take
2nd exit. At 2nd (mini) roundabout take 1st exit. In about 300 metres
turn right into Coxstone Lane (opposite The Lamb Inn). The Homestead
B&B is the first house, directly in front of you.
