Holly Bush House

Holly Bush House is situated in the heart of Lymington, 1 minutes walk from the High Street and only 5 minutes from the quay.

This quietly located and well-appointed private house has a lovely old walled garden offering views over the Solent to the Isle of Wight, from the public rooms.

Accommodation:

First Floor: One ensuite double with its own balcony; Ground Floor: one double and one twin (we accept single occupancy). All bedrooms have TV and Hospitality trays. In addition, guests have use of the ground floor lounge, sunroom and walled garden.

Children and Dogs are welcome.

Smoking is restricted to the gardens.

All amenities are located on the ground floor, (except for one double en-suite bedroom)

Secure parking is provided within the walled gardens.

Cycles: A lockable outbuilding is available.

The yachting fraternity: Within walking distance of the marinas.

Breakfast is provided at any time between 7.00am and 10.00am to suit the convenience of guests. There is no set menu, allowing a wide personal choice within reason. Garden fruits and juices in season.

Tariff: Between £25 and £45 per person per night.
