George and Jill Rennie would like to welcome new and old friends to their new Bed and Breakfast home along the sea front at Barton-on-Sea. Where you will receive a very warm welcome.

On entering the spacious hall the breakfast room is on your left and the three delightful rooms can be found on the first floor, where two have balcony's with spectacular views across the bay.
On arriving on the first floor you will see two lovely comfortable sitting areas where videos, books and local information can be found. A telescope for your use as well as a balcony overlook the cliff top, sea and the Isle of Wight All guests are welcome to use the sitting area at anytime.

At Grandco we are delighted to be able to offer you the following:-

Our Superior Double room with a 6 foot bed and superb en-suite bathroom with bath. A lounge area with comfy chairs, TV. Video, a small fridge, and in the lounge area a door opens to your own private balcony.

Our second bedroom can be a twin or a 6 foot bed and again a private balcony and an en-suite shower room. TV/Video a small fridge and lounge area.

Our standard twin room has an en-suite shower room. It also has television and tea/coffee facilities, and guests can use the sitting area balcony for sitting out and admiring the view

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities.
A range of rooms are available.

Superior deluxe double room
Breakfast is served overlooking the cliff top.
 Breakfast is served in the attractive breakfast room overlooking the front onto the cliff tops and sea beyond. A choice of breakfast from a full English to a Vegetarian is served. Special diets by arrangement.

For the comfort of our guests we do have a no smoking policy and sorry we are unable to cater for children under 12 and cannot accept pets.

Grandco Lodge is in easy walking distance to local restaurants and tea rooms. The beach is safe for swimming and sunbathing and lovely walks can be had along the cliff top with views right round to the Purbeck Hills and to the Isle of Wight and the Needles. Local towns and villages including New Milton with its Wednesday market, Keyhaven, Milford and Lymington with the ferry to the Isle of Wight and of course the beautiful New Forest are all within a short drive.
