The Accommodation at Elsburn is of a high standard with some of the rooms overlooking the Common and on a clear day the hills of the Isle of Wight

The first floor bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. All rooms have en-suite facilities with large luxury showers.

For those of you new to the area Lymington is a Georgian Yachting Town, with many shops, restaurants and public houses leading down the cobbled street to the Quay and Lymington River, for wonderful walks. A 20 minute walk or 5 mins by car takes you into Lymington.

Elsburn is situated in the village of Pennington original known as Donkey Town is a quiet village with 2 local pubs and another one serving meals just 10 minutes walk away. If you like a morning stroll before breakfast or an evening stroll, just cross the road and have a walk round Pennington Common

From Lyndhurst take the A337 to Lymington, Approaching Lymington under the railway arch and continue straight across mini-roundabouts.

Continue straight on through the traffic lights and passing a Pelican crossing, bear right (signed New Milton, Christchurch and Milford-on-Sea) Keeping on this road, go straight across another mini-roundabout with a large garage on your left.

Take the 2nd turning on the right by a parade of shops (South Street) continue for about half a mile and the road becomes Ramley Road and you will see a church on your left (St. Mark's).On the left passing the Church you will see Lawn Road, we are the third house from the corner with a accommodation plaque on the gate directly opposite the open common
