Dale Farm House is a peaceful 18th Century farmhouse situated on the edge of the New Forest,
where a warm welcome awaits you by Chris and Pete. Adjacent to Riding stables up a private lane to the secluded woodland garden, with views across the forest and fields.

The accommodation provided is of a very high standard has the Visit Britain 4 stars Silver Award , and comprises of:-
  • Two en-suite double rooms one of which is on the ground floor.
  • One family suite of two interconnecting ensuite rooms to sleep up to five.
  • One en-suite double/twin room
  • One further double bedroom with vanity basin, shaver points with a bathroom next door.
  • Single Occupancy welcome

    High chair and cot available if required.

    All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities,LCD televisions, hairdryers central heating, and furnished to a very high standard, some with Kingsize Beds.
Dale farm on the Waterside had dounle, family and single rooms available. Sleeps families of 5.
Dale farm Bed and Breakfast with children's meals available.

A choice of breakfast using local produce from a New Forest Marquee Suppliers served in the dining room. The guest lounge has comfortable seating for relaxing, and a digital television. The house has WiFi access for internet use.

We can supply special diets,snacks and Children's meals on request.

Come and enjoy our lovely garden, listen to the bird song. There is a raised decked platform and a heated barbecue area so you can enjoy cooking your own food for a summer's evening treat. Garden furniture and a play area for the children are all provided.

Stroll round the garden and out into the New Forest now a National Park. See if you can spot the ponies and New Forest Deer.

Dale farm is an ideal setting, stroll from here to discover the delights of the New Forest  and spot our Ponies and Deer.


Dale Farm House is the ideal location for exploring the whole area with Hythe marina only 2 miles away, leave the car in Hythe, and catch the ferry and spend some time in the City of Southampton. If you like golf visit Dibden Golf Club just across the road and we are also within easy reach of two local beaches Lepe with its country park and Calshot. Horse riding, cycling or just walking are all available close by. Spend the day at Beaulieu Motor Museum, Exbury Gardens, The Otter and Owl sanctuary, Lymington market... ! We hold leaflets of all the attractions so planning a day is very easy, you choose! Then relax in our lounge or garden.

For the benefit of our guests we have a nonsmoking policy. We are unable to cater for pets.

To reach us - take the M3 until you see signs for the M27 West, turn onto M27 leave the M27 at junction 2 and follow the A326 for approximately 7 miles across 5 roundabouts - at the fifth roundabout marked Dibden Roundabout go straight across (not to Dibden as we are on the outside of the village) - and take the first turning on your right just past the roundabout into Manor Road, follow this lane (unmade in parts) for approximately 250 yds past the fields and turn right into a long tarmac drive. 10mph recommended for the safety of other users and riders. At the end of the drive in front of our neighbours Riding Stables please turn left and sharp right at the hay barn and follow the track down to our car park and entrance
