Carridene Annexe offers spacious, single story accommodation with private access to front and rear. Located in the picturesque village of Nomansland, a peaceful and unspoiled area of the New Forest, Carridene provides a wonderful setting for a self catering holiday. The accommodation is of a high standard and very comfortably furnished, offering the following: The well equipped, fitted kitchen includes:

This double aspect bedroom reflected in the mirror wardrobes has a king size and a single bed. A further small bed can be added to sleep a family of four if required. The view from the window overlooks the patio and country side. A very pretty pink bathroom with bidet, wc, pedestal basin and bath with shower over is opposite. All bed linen and towels are supplied

This charming lounge area has a dining table and 4 chairs, a comfortable settee and matching armchair. There is a television with freeview and a DVD player. WIFI included. An attractive fireplace with electric coal effect fire provides a cosy atmosphere and back up heating for winter days. From the lounge, double glass sliding doors lead into the conservatory which has underfloor heating, a comfortable settee and reclining chair. Table and chairs are in situ for taking meals or merely to sit and enjoy the wonderful view of garden and countryside."
	The annexe has a private patio area which overlooks the garden and countryside". Table, chairs, umbrella and seat cushions are provided. Just a short walk up the lane is the New Forest, fronted by Nomansland village green where forest animals roam freely and seasonal cricket matches take place. Opposite the green The Lamb public house and Le Frog french restaurant both serve excellent food and are highly recommended.
The historic city of Salisbury, Romsey market town or the river at Fordingbrige are all just a 20 minute drive away. There are many charming hamlets to visit, attractions from museums and horseriding to cycling and walking. A wealth of wonderful entertainment in a peaceful and unspoiled area. Lock up available for bicycles and off street parking. All gas central heating, hot water, towels and tea towels are supplied. Children are welcome in family room. Turn right at next roundabout towards Brook and Bramshaw. Pass Straight Eight garage on right. At crossroads in Landford turn left on to Forest Road. Continue for approximately half a mile and turn right into North Lane. Carridene is 150 yards on the right hand side. ********
