Angels Farm, Lyndhurst, Hampshire's Treasure
Angels Farm House is a Grade II listed building built in the 17th Century; known as one of Hampshire’s Treasures’. It retains its original character and charm with beamed ceilings throughout. The house is located in Lyndhurst, the ‘capital’ of the New Forest, with its many good restaurants and pubs.

This New Forest farmhouse exudes a relaxing atmosphere and provides an escape from the world. Your hostess, Jo has lived here all of her life and has had her own pottery at Angels Farm for twenty five years. You are welcome to enjoy the glorious gardens which have year round interest; planted with perennial plants, roses and sculptures, as well as having a large kitchen garden.

Angels Farm House is ideally located within ten minutes walk of Lyndhurst High Street with its many shops, quality restaurants and pubs. Situated within the New Forest National Park, fifteen minutes walk from the open forest via Pinkney Lane, Angels Farm House is ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers, garden lovers and artists.
New Forest National Park, Lyndhurst Bed and Breakfast Accommodation.
The accommodation has its own private entrance with a hallway leading in to your own dining/sitting room. This room has a colour television, a comfortable sofa and inside the large original fireplace a wood burning stove for chillier evenings. In the morning, breakfast is served either in this room or if the weather is good out in the garden.
From the sitting room a staircase goes up to the two large family bedrooms which are both light and airy. Each bed is made up with luxury Egyptian cotton linen. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms under the eaves, with a full length bath, wash basin and wc; aromatherapy toiletries and towels are provided. Both rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a clock radio.

Double wooden bed, single bed, and occasional bed. This room boasts three large windows overlooking the garden and oak floorboards. Stairs lead to a further twin room in the attic, available only to let with the double room making a super family unit.

A wide choice is available at breakfast and ingredients are sourced, where possible, from local and organic suppliers. Fruit salad, yoghurt, homemade Jam, freshly baked bread and fresh eggs from the Angels Farm chickens are always on offer as part of a full English breakfast with vegetarian options also available. All crockery is homemade by Jo in the pottery.

Tariff

From £27.50-£30 p.p.p.n. based on two adults sharing a double room.
Children welcome if sharing parents room.
Age 0-2 Free with own travel cot. Age 3-10, £10 per night.
Age 11-15, £15 per night.

On entering Lyndhurst High Street on the A337 from Cadnam; turn right in Lyndhurst High Street following the signs to Christchurch. Keep in the right hand lane until the road splits, then immediately get in to the left hand lane, still following the signs to Christchurch. This is Chapel Lane, after 200m take the first left in to Pinkney Lane; look out for the pottery sign. Angels Farm House is the first house on the left.

As this is a Grade II listed building we are sorry that we are unable to cater for those with accessibility problems. For the safety and comfort of our guests smoking is only permitted in the garden.
