If you are looking for relaxed family accommodation,
Warborne Farm cottage could be your home from home in the heart of the New Forest.
This is our family home but we are away a lot so have it available to rent all through the year.
Warborne Organic Farm is situated in the parish of Boldre within the New Forest National Park, we are sandwiched between the Lymington Reedbeds and the open heathland of the New Forest. The entire focus of the farm is upon production of the finest food we can possibly produce – meat, vegetables and fruit – to our local community, which we sell in our farm shop.
Warborne farm cottage is right on the farm which is a great place for children to play and there also is an option to bring your horse if you like.
A two mile stroll through fields and lanes will find you at the Solent shore whilst 2 miles in the other direction is the New Forest with all the opportunities for great walks or bike rides. We are also only two miles from the Isle of Wight ferry to Yarmouth (a great day trip on foot, bikes or car).
The local pub is the excellent Red Lion, a pleasant 10 minutes walk, where they serve our Warborne Farm meat and vegetables on a plate!
The living accommodation is an original farm cottage. A cosy sitting room with wood burner, an open kitchen with dining table. The kitchen is simple with an electric cooker and there is a larder with microwave, large freezer/fridge and washing machine.
Downstairs there is also the bathroom with bath, loo and hand basin. At the front of the house downstairs is a double bed room with piano for anyone who likes to play some tunes.
Upstairs we have one double bedroom and the bedroom of our son. Both rooms are reasonable sized rooms so we can convert the kids room into a double room or keep it as a great children's bedroom with all the toys and overlooking our garden.
In the living room there is a double sofa bed if there is any need for extra sleeping space.
Outside there is a large area with table, chairs and BBQ, and the garden is a great big lawn with all the space to run around and play.
If you are looking for comfortable accommodation which is not fussy and have space for up to 6 people, we are confident that you will enjoy using our home.
Tarriff is £750 per week
Reductions for multiple week bookings - includes linen and electricity.
