Charmingly decorated throughout with antique and modern furnishings with a lovely warm feel about it and where a warm welcome awaits you. This very pretty double room has colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities with a lovely large private bathroom with bath and shower over. For your convenience dressing grown supplied. Opposite this room is our pretty single room which is ideal for a third person or child sharing your facilities. This also has TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Children over 8 years old welcome |
A choice of breakfast is served in the elegant
dining room using all fresh produce when available, from a full
English cooked breakfast to toast and preserves. We do have our own pet dog so unable to accept
yours. |

The Cottage is located in a very quiet road, close to all amenities and an ideal base for touring along the coast to Keyhaven, Milford-on-Sea and for exploring the many boutiques in the cobble street leading down to Lymington Quay. Take a boat trip round the marinas or explore by foot, Lymington has its own out door sea water baths close to the River of Lymington, great in the summer months and there is a local indoor pool to for those who like to swim all year. A short drive of 5 minutes will take you back into the New Forest shortly to become a National Park. Visit the many villages and see the ponies walking down the High Street. You can usually spot these in Brockenhurst, Beaulieu and Burley to name just three of our pretty villages. So whether you
come for pleasure or business, one day or 6 days you will always

Cottage. From Lyndhurst take the A337 towards Brockenhurst. Stay on the A 337 towards Lymington, over roundabout and under railway bridge. Straight across round - about up the small hill seeing The Toll House Inn on your right. Straight across min roundabout and take the second turning on the right by Queen Elizabeth Avenue. Follow road round and turn left into Western Road. The Cottage is the last house on the right, please park outside or just round the corner on the right. Have a safe journey. |
