Working Farm on the edge of the lovely New Forest National Park offering you a great location for camping and caravan holidays with time to enjoy the New Forest and it's attractions.
- Only caravanners with their own toilet and washing/shower facilities - as there are no toilets or showers on site.
- Electric hook up available
- Chemical disposal point
- No camp fires permitted, we do however allow BBQ’s if raised off of the ground
- Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times
- Scatterbook Farm is a small working farm keeping beef cattle, pigs, sheep, chickens and ponies
The local area
- There is a local farm shop (2 minute walk) selling own produce including home reared beef, pork and lamb, homemade sausages and burgers, free range eggs etc.
- Local village pub only a 10 minute walk away offering good food at reasonable prices and excellent real ales and beer festivals on holiday weekends
- Local attractions include: Paultons Park, Marwell Zoological Park, Longdown Activity Farm, National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, The New Forest Centre.
- Walking: either walk the local footpaths or take the car into the forest and explore or even bring your horse and use our stabling facilities (at additional cost).
- Fishing: coarse fishing 2 miles, and trout fishing 4 miles.
- Cycling: along the cycle tracks in the forest. If you haven't brought your bicycles, there are cycle hire shops in both Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst.
- Golf: Golf at Paultons Golf Centre only 1 mile away, with the New Forest Golf Club and Bramshaw Golf Club to name but a few within a few minutes drive.
Small tents (2 man) £10 per night, family size tents £13 per night,
Caravans £13 per night, caravan awnings £2 a night extra.
