A place you must visit when visiting the Forest

Ringwood Town and Country experience in the New Forest.
Salisbury Road, Blashford, Ringwood,
Hants. BH24 3PA

If you like me wonder what a village town was like in years gone by, then you must visit the Ringwood Town and Country Experience, this is not just a museum it is a fascinating insight to times gone by. It is a place for everyone to visit young and not so young and you will all enjoy it. From the quiz's handed out for children to do(or yourself) to sitting in the small cafe area and enjoying a cuppa whilst looking at the old High Street shop fronts.

Obliviously the best way to see this Heritage Museum is by visiting but just to give you a taste of what's to offer a selection of photographs is shown below, which does not really do it justice.
Enjoy Ringwood High Street as it was in the past.

I feel I must point out although the downstairs is completely accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs the upstairs is not, at present, the owners are working on producing a audio video so that could be available when you visit.
