Meerut, Brockenhurst B&B
Meerut is situated in the centre of Brockenhurst, a unique village with a watersplash running across the main street. We are at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, which is just two minutes walk from the local shops and a five minute stroll from the open forest. The New Forest ponies, cattle and donkeys frequently roam around the village streets, even wandering up to our gate.
Brockenhurst is a quiet village but there are numerous places to eat in the evenings, choose from:- Italian, French, Chinese, Thai and Indian restaurants; several excellent pubs serving traditional home-cooked food; Chinese and Indian take-aways, plus a fish and chip shop.
Brockenhurst is on the A337 between Lyndhurst and Lymington, approximately seven miles from junction 1 of the M27 motorway. The railway station is on the main London Waterloo to Bournemouth line, with the journey taking around one hour forty minutes. Although the station is just five minutes walk away, we are happy to arrange your collection on request.
