Little Bench is a semi-detached self catering bungalow catering for two people in the quiet village of Pennington, Lymington and on the edge of the New Forest. The bungalow is fully accessible from level parking to level entry to floor level shower.

Little Bench is for nonsmokers and sorry no pets

The accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge/diner and kitchen. A pretty Bedroom and separate large shower room.

The lounge comes equipped with colour television with teletext, Video, CD, radio and cassette. Comfortable chairs, including an electric riser/recliner chair, a gate leg dining table and chairs. All decorated to a high standard with lots of our own personal touches to make you feel at home.

A beautiful fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge with ice box. Electric modern oven and a gas hob. Microwave, toaster and kettle. All china and cutlery and a large selection of kitchen equipment for cooking. In fact you will find almost everything you need for the perfect holiday. The kitchen units are split level to make easier access for everyone.

The bathroom comes complete with a floor level shower, wheelin shower chair available. The toilet is accessible from either side with drop down hand rails. An adjustable wash basin that can be moved to a comfortable position for washing. The bathroom is tiled throughout. A set of towels will be provided.

The large bedroom has electric foot and head riser beds which operate independently and can be either a 6 foot Double bed or Twin. Let us know what you prefer and we will have it made on arrival, with matching duvet and pillows for you. (If staying more than one week we will provide you with clean bed linen on a Friday, or would you like us to arrange to change the linen for you at no extra charge). Bedside cabinets and lights, radio alarm clock and wardrobe make this a very relaxing and quiet room.

To the outside you have your own parking space and sitting area which you share with Bench Cottage your neighbours which sleeps up to four people. A drive way alongside of Our Bench leads directly to the cottages where you will find, on arrival a welcome tray of tea or coffee awaits you.

Little Bench is designed to cope with nearly everyone's needs, particularly the less able, as it is completely wheelchair friendly, with wider doors and level throughout. A list of extra accessible equipment available if required including electric portable hoist, shower chair, wheel chair etc at no extra charge

Bookings are from Friday to Friday. Short Breaks also available in quieter times
