The Purple Room:Large double room with en-suite shower overlooking front lawn with views over the fields from the bathroom. A 5 ft double bed with a wardrobe, sofa, hair dryer, t.v. and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom has a white double shower, wall hung loo, large white sink with a mirror, a towel rail to warm towels and toiletries.

The White Room:
A huge double bay room with balcanette facing west with rural views. A luxury en-suite white bathroom with 'his' and 'her' sinks, bath, shower and towel rail to warm towels and includes toiletries and finished to the highest standard . A 5 ft double bed, a dressing table, chest of drawers, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and bedside tables with lamps.
DVD's and Gilchrist & Soames toiletries in all rooms.
Breakfast:
You can chose from a Full English breakfast or a continental,
whichever you prefer. If you have any special dietary requirements please
inform us when booking and we will be delighted to accommodate you where
possible.
A newspaper can be ordered if you require one.

Pheasant Cottage: A 'New England style' 2 bedroom cottage with shower room and sitting room/kitchen sleeping up to 4 people. Children are also very welcome but regret not their pets.
The double room has a
5ft bed, a chair, 2 bedside tables with lights a table and a free standing
rail system to hand your clothes on. In the hall is wardrobe for hanging clothes and coats. The sitting room has a double sofa, pull out table and 4 chairs with a TV. radio/cd player. The kitchen facilities include washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, single oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and kettle. |

Outside is your own small patio with table and chairs. For prices please ask at time of booking as it varies depending on time of year.
We have a no-smoking policy in the cottage but you may smoke outside.

There is so much to do in and around Lymington from the Beaulieu Motor Museum, Exbury Gardens, horse riding, sailing, wagon rides, and boat trips from the quay, outdoor sea baths, beaches and The New Forest with its many cycle tracks. You can catch the ferry to The Isle of Wight which goes to Yarmouth and in Cowes week a special ferry runs all week from Lymington. The market is a major attraction on Saturdays, extremely popular, with lots of bargains. A huge choice of places to eat from cafes for lunch, pubs and a wide range of restaurants.
