A warm welcome awaits you at this New Forest home originally built in the 1920's and within 400 metres of the New Forest in quiet peaceful surroundings, where badgers, foxes and a variety of birds visit the garden. Families are welcome.

The accommodation we can offer you is:-

Double room with en-suite shower room

A further delightful Double room and a very comfortable Twin Bedded room with
a shared bathroom with shower over bath,for use of these two rooms only.

All rooms come with Television, towels, toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities with fresh milk and mineral water.

A third bed can be put into each Double room, making these lovely family rooms for three if required. Travel cot also available.

We have two local pubs (one within walking distance) both with a reputation for good food and in nearby Lymington town there is a choice of over 15 eating houses to suite everyone's taste and budget.

Breakfast is served in this pretty dining room with separate tables where you are offered a choice of a full English cooked breakfast using local produce or a vegetarian option.

Special diets catered for by prior arrangement.

Kenilworth House is situated in the village of Pilley, within 5 miles of Beaulieu Motor Museum and two miles of the ferry service to the Isle of Wight, making a day trip to the Island an attractive possibility. Lymington is a Georgian yachting town with Quay, marinas and, within easy walking distance, is the Yacht Haven. Shops galore, Saturday Charter Market and cobbled streets, a very relaxing time can be had exploring.

Kenilworth House is situated with the National Parkland, only 400 metres from the open heathland of the New Forest, where New Forest ponies have the right of way on all roads, and close to Spinners Gardens and Exbury Gardens a short drive away, for garden enthusiasts, and many other attractions around the area. Whether you are a walker, cyclist, artist, birdwatcher or just want to explore the beauty, peace and quiet of the New Forest this is the place for you.

From the North M27 junction 1 take A337. After Brockenhurst turn left at sign to Boldre and Pilley. Continue over Boldre bridge and up Pilley Hill. Kenilworth House is situated on left 100 meters past the Fleur de Lys pub.
