Joiner’s House is a delightful mews property conveniently placed just  off Lymington High Street with immediate access to all shopping facilities, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and car parks.

We are  ideally situated to enjoy the atmosphere of the old Georgian town of Lymington and  a short walk to the harbour, small ferry to the Isle of Wight and local marinas.  The open top bus for exploring the nearby town of Lyndhurst, village of Beaulieu and Exbury Gardens, and forest, is two minutes walk away, as is the local museum and Tourist Board.

A short drive and you are in the The New Forest National Park with all it’s beautiful walks and cycle tracks.  There is also an open air sea water pool close to one of the marinas, and indoor swimming pool a five minute drive away in Pennington.

Joiner’s House offers a lovely double bedroom with free-view television, radio, hairdryer, tea-making facilities, internet access if required, and an excellent adjoining private shower room.

Breakfast, either full English or lighter, is served in a charming conservatory overlooking town gardens and the church clock.

Parking is close to the property and car parking permit is loaned to guests.

Tariff is £70 per night.

Directions:  From Lyndhurst, follow the A337 to Lymington town.  Approaching Lymington, go over the small roundabout with Somerfields Garage, under a bridge and take the first left at the next roundabout, signposted Town Centre.   Follow this road over two mini roundabouts and you are now in Gosport Street.   Continue on Gosport street, bearing right up the High Street.  About half way up the hill, on the right you will see a Boots Chemist and Costa Coffee shop.  The road between them is New Street.  Take this turning, going a short way down, passing the tourist Board on your left, and at a small staggered crossroad, take the left turning into Emsworth Road.  A large car park is immediately on your left, where I will meet you with a parking permit.
