Beautifully set in 71/2 acres of grounds surrounding a large country house. The Dairy overlooks the stable yard to the front and enjoys a 1/4 of an acre of private south facing garden to the rear with a pretty patio area, barbecue and teak garden furniture, plus direct access into the heart of the New Forest.

Formerly the Gardeners Cottage to a Forest Country House, now beautifully and luxuriously decorated and furnished to create a truly idyllic holiday retreat. Garden Cottage enjoys its own private area of patio and garden with teak table, and chairs, a parasol and Barbecue for use in fine weather.You may also walk directly into the Forest from here.
The accommodation consists of a
- Living Room 13' x 9' approx. with comfortable armchairs, LCD television with freeview and DVD player. Small Dining Table and chairs. French doors to patio and garden and path to private parking area.
- German mini Kitchen behind cupboard doors comprising of 2 ring hob, microwave,sink and fridge, Granite top dresser with convection combi oven and grill.
- Cloakroom with wc and basin.
- Pretty Edwardian Style bathroom with double ended bath and hand shower, wc, bidet and basin set in a maple vanity unit.
- Hallway with staircase leads to a landing area with armchair seating which leads to the bedroom.
- King size 6' draped bed (can convert to Twin beds if preferred) with antique bedside and dressing tables.
- Outhouse with Tumble Dryer and auto-washing machine.
There is room for a baby if it is still in a carrycot/basinet.
Tariff from £250.00 - £460 a week
