A warm welcome awaits you at The Garden Flat,
a modern, bright and comfortable self-contained ground floor annexe
consisting of a twin bedroom, en suite shower room, built in kitchen and separate lounge opening onto a south facing garden.Ideal for two sharing but able to accommodate up to four 'The Garden Flat' provides a twin bedroom with TV and radio/ alarm, spacious en suite shower room with power shower, built in kitchen and a sitting room with dining table, chairs and a sofa bed. The sitting room has garden access (garden furniture for sitting out in fine weather is available). Bed linen and towels are provided. There is off-road parking and secure bike storage if required.
Breakfast: either full English or continental provided using fine produce from local and organic suppliers.
Cycle hire and horse riding can be arranged
A car is not necessary to enjoy a short break here as The Garden Flat is situated less than 10 minutes walk from Brockenhurst village centre, the open forest and the mainline station. There is a variety of pubs and restaurants within the village. Brockenhurst also has excellent rail links with London, Waterloo.( Heathrow and Gatwick are easily accessible). The train connects with the Isle of Wight via the ferry at Lymington (3 miles), a delightful Georgian market town in its own right.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROUTE AVOIDS THE HEAVY TRAFFIC AT LYNDHURST.
From the M27 : leave the motorway at Junction 3 and take the M271 signposted Southampton and Docks, continue to the next roundabout and take the second exit (A35) towards Lyndhurst. Once on the dual carriageway continue straight all the way to Lyndhurst and continue towards Brockenhurst on the A337. When you reach Careys Manor Hotel on the left turn into Grigg Lane opposite on the right and continue to a staggered crossroad where you will see Lloyds bank. Go straight on into Sway Rd, Tattenham Rd is the fourth turning on the left and 5 The Laurels is two thirds of the way up on the right hand side.
Please ensure you do not call at number 5 Tattenham Road, which is on the left
