Crossings Cottage Bed and Breakfast is the home of Lisa and David Marshall. Situated in picturesque village of Brockenhurst in the heart of the New Forest National Park, Crossings Cottage makes the ideal base for the perfect and affordable holiday or short break. You can be assured of a warm welcome, comfortable rooms and a hearty home-cooked breakfast! In the New Forest, the wildlife literally comes to you - ponies, cattle and pigs are allowed to roam freely and can be seen walking care-free down village lanes as well as in the open forest! Whether you are walking, cycling or touring by car, the 140 square miles of the 900-years old New Forest area offers ageless beauty and tranquility with many miles of paths and walks where you can really appreciate the unspoilt beauty of the New Forest. Although only a short walk from the open forest, we are ideally placed for the village shops, pubs, restaurants, train station and cycle hire. Indeed, if you come by train (Waterloo 90 mins), you can enjoy a car-free break. As we are located right in the centre of the village near the station, you should be aware that there is some train and traffic noise. We currently have three double rooms and prices
per room per night range from £48-£55 including full
English breakfast. Special offers are available.
Please note that our bedrooms are not en-suite although each bedroom has a wash basin. Although we do not have a large family room, children are most welcome and we will try an accommodate them as best we can - we are able to provide cots & high chairs for infants, and mattress beds for children up to around 10 years of age. Our property is non-smoking and
we are afraid we cannot accept pets other than guide dogs. If you have any questions, please
