For garden lovers and bird watchers this is the place for you. Mrs. Glenn Clarke would welcome you to stay and explore the gardens at Buzzards' Mew. Sit in the secluded seats, hidden round the garden, placed there for relaxing and enjoying the songs of birds. The Knot garden is to the side of the property and the rear garden is laid to lawn and flower beds with many unusual shrubs and plants.

Breakfast
is a special treat as on warm sunny mornings, it can be had in the
Knot Garden or the dining room at the front of the house.

The south facing Guest sitting room has French doors opening to the garden, with television, music centre, books and information on the area. Although the house is all centrally heated this room has the added benefit of a flame effect gas fire for colder evenings. Tea or coffee is served in the sitting room or garden on arrival where you will receive a very warm welcome |

Situated in the village of Hordle and walking distance to a local pub
and restaurant this is the ideal place
to relax. A short drive will take you into Lymington with its marinas
and shops. Milford on Sea
for beaches is also close by. The New Forest and all it has to offer
is only 10 minutes away.

Directions on how to find us
If coming along
the M27 leave at Junction 3 (after Rownhams) onto M271 - then use the
A35
to Lyndhurst, (you'll then miss the dreaded traffic lights at Lyndhurst).
Follow A337 from Lyndhurst, through Brockenhurst to Lymington. Stay
on the A337 and follow signs
to Christchurch,Milford-on-Sea and New Milton. After approximately 3
miles sign for Milford on Sea on
left. Take next turning on the right signed Hordle Village/Sway and
marked Everton Road.
Buzzards' Mew is number 221 will be found on the right hand side after
approx. 3/4 mile. There is a bus stop on the left, at this point turn right into Arnewood Drive, immediately on left hand
side is Buzzards' Mew,
Please drive in down drive past the house and park at the bottom
