Enter Barn Cottage by an unmade track, go through the wonderful woodland to reach the cottage, go through the gate to a pretty and unspoilt setting. A private garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture. There is plenty of parking. You can walk directly into the New Forest opposite. Barn Cottage is in a quiet unique setting and offers peace and tranquility and yet it is only half a mile from the village centre, 10 miles from Bournemouth and the Coast.

• Front door to Lobby area with space for hanging coats and storing walking boots.
• Door Leading to a spacious lounge/open plan kitchen with comfortable sofas, dining and chairs.
• Television with Free view and DVD - Log Burner and heating.
• Newly fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge and full size modern cooker/hood microwave (additional fridge and freezer in building adjacent to cottage).
• Laundry facilities are located in the building adjacent to the cottage include washer/dryer, ironing board, and iron/drying space outside should you prefer to hang washing outside.
• Bedroom 1 is large and airy with a 5' bed and also guest bed with additional pull out.
• Fully refurbished bathroom en-suite with heated towel rail and shower attachment on bath WC and basin.
• Sunroom leading off bedroom 1 for lazy breakfasts and well deserved sundowners.
• Bedroom 2 a single bed and an additional pull down bed.
• Newly refurbished en-suite shower room with WC and basin.
• Cots can be provided at no additional cost.
• There is a private dog proof garden with small patio area, barbecue and outdoor furniture.
• You can walk straight out of the gate into the New Forest.

including electricity and bed linen.

Short lets and long weekends subject to availability.

Children, very welcome. Pets by arrangement only.

Grazing with or without stable available for horses.

We have a no smoking policy inside the cottage.
