Situated down a leafy lane Aart Vark is a lovely town house, walking
distance to a pub and restaurant, and the Georgian town of Lymington.

The accommodation offered by Mrs. Sheila Ormsby-Rivers is self contained
on the ground floor comprising of a very comfortable small sitting room with
colour television. Opening patio door to the town garden where you may sit.
This room leads directly into the lovely double bedroom, with tea and coffee
making facilities. Also on this floor is your own private shower room with
towels, shampoo and soap supplied.

A multi-choice breakfast is served in the dining room which is on the first
floor. Vegetarians catered for and special diets by arrangement.

Sheila is an artist of contemporary and modern art, her work is on view in the
house. Some of which are for sale. Sheila is also a hypnotherapist and has
been treating people successful for 25 years standing, No problem to
large or small and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.

The White Hart pub and restaurant is 200 yards down the road from
Aart Vark for your enjoyment

Lymington is a town and abounds with restaurants and shops for all tastes
and pockets from, designer to charity shops. The Saturday market is a
must where nearly every stall is different and has been running for over
100 years. There is also a museum and art gallery with different
exhibitions throughout the year and well worth a visit.

Lymington is also famous for its yachting facilities with a cobbled street
leading to the quay,marinas and yacht havens.
A day trip to the Isle of Wight can also be had from Lymington.
A haven of wild life and bird watching can be found all
year round on the old salt marshes and a lovely walk can
be had along the shore line to Keyhaven.

Being part of the New Forest just a short drive takes you to the open forest
where ponies wander through the streets of some of the villages,
and with lots of attractions to visit

With parking space directly outside the house Aart Vark is the ideal
base for your stay.

From Lyndhurst, take the A337 to Lymington, Approaching Lymington go under the railway arch and continue across mini roundabouts,

Continue straight on through the traffic lights and on passing a pelican crossing, bear right (signed New Milton, Christchurch and Milford on Sea) Keeping on this road within a short distance a roundabout, take first exist than immediately right into Lower Pennington Lane, 150 yards turn right into Curzon Place, bare right Integrity is the middle on of a block of three.
